For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a dynamic, well oranised and motivated personality as a

Talent Acquisition Manager (100%)

Tasks

• Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting/sourcing to signed contracts
• Creating effective recruitment strategies and planning operational activities 
• Driving and implementing continuous improvements and innovations that ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience
• Driving social media/marketing recruitment activities, involved in employer branding
• Supporting business in demand planning and managing talent acquisition 
• Partnering with internal clients (HR, Operations, Resource Management, Global Recruitment ect.) and act as the TA SPOC for the Company

Qualification

• At least 5+ years of proven experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services from an international company 
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a leading role, familiar with reporting and project management
• Passion for talent acquisition-and attraction, great service mentality, energy, drive, and being recognized as a trusted advisor
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken; German would be an asset
