Responsibilities

  • Provides support and acts as the day-to-day contact for incoming application forms for operational incidents.
  • Answers to the limited number of incoming, internal phone calls, with support of the team head; monitors incoming e-mails, in close collaboration with the team head.
  • Controls, checks, clarifies and forwards the daily booking applications to the Finance unit and monitors their booking.
  • Provides responses to simpler type of queries raised by e-mail; writes e-mails on instruction ofthe team head, and captures cases in the respective Database.
  • Performs checks to ensure that regular and small incident cases are reported and processed in line with the respective policies and guidelines (e.g. approvals by management in place, description of case).
  • Execute special or ad-hoc tasks on behalf of the team head

Requirements

  • Banking apprenticeship
  • Fluent in German and English
