  • Responsible for correct installation of End User work place HW (PC, Telefone, printer etc.)
  • Work on projects to implement office moves and other changes
  • Setup, deploy, replace and maintain of all user systems including laptops, desktops and hand held devices.
  • Support global Service Desk for tasks/incidents they cannot do remotely.
  • Assist, support and instruct user with managing incidents, problems and service requests on any of the installed systems and applications
  • Follow requests through to closure and escalate to the correct department as defined in the valid incident management support process
  • Documenting and monitoring of all open requests and incidents
  • Take responsibility over all coordination tasks between users and IT-departments in Zurich
  • Travelling to remote offices as necessary


  • apprenticeship in a technical profession, college diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • Wide IT knowledge and extensive interests in IT technologies
  • Good analytical and coordination abilities
  • Experience troubleshooting Desktop issues.
  • Solid technical knowledge of all Windows desktop applications including Active Directory
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role (1st-Level and Onsite)
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Fluent oral and written Italian language skills
  • Additional German language skills are an advantage
